LOCAL PICKUP, LOCAL DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY.

We are deeply committed to provide satisfied shopping and repair experience with our quality product, reasonable price, highly experienced and qualified team and we do whatever it takes to ensure that you are happy with every aspect of your purchase or service taken.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM RECEIVED:
If buyer received a damaged item, they can refuse to receive item(s), if received, you must contact us immediately.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
After confirmation of payment and authorization, please allow us 24 to 48 hours subject to availability of the product, whereas, shipping time is subject to the carrier handling the package. Except an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
LOCAL PICKUP:
Orders can be picked up at our business location with in our business hours . An email or message/call will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY:
Local delivery is available for addresses within the city of Guelph. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 04:00 pm will be delivered the same day or 24 hours. Orders placed after 04:00 pm will be delivered at the next day we are open or 24 hours or 48 hours.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email or a call or a message.
P.O. BOXES
We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 7 day subject to available shipping provider. Presently Flat rate shipping applies to within the city of Guelph – Ontario. We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If Shipping Cost is too high, please contact us along with interested items list and full address, we will try to offer best shipping cost in every possible way.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS:
We will make two delivery attempts only, third delivery attempt will be charged accordingly to the situation and upon customer request.
If the driver is unable to complete the first delivery, a notice will be left that, “we missed you”. We are unlikely to make second delivery attempts on the same day.
If the driver is unable to complete the second delivery, then the driver leave package to the pick-up location, which can be picked up the next business day and where your package will be held for you to pick up for 7 calendar day only.
RESCHEDULE AND CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS:
You can reschedule delivery for free, whereas, change of a delivery address will subject to shipping cost re-calculation along with extra charge.
REFUND OF LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE:
If shipper lost your package, you can open a claim with the seller for a full refund.
Whereas, shipper/seller has no responsibility of any lost, stolen or damaged package(s) or item(s) after making successful delivery or leaving at the receiver door subject to customer request.
REFUSE TO ACCEPT A DELIVERY.
You can refuse the delivery in person when the courier arrives at your address or have someone else do it on your behalf.
SHIPPING COST:
Customer is responsible for all shipping and tracking costs for order, returns and exchanges.
Shipping costs will be refunded to customer if we had made a shipping error.
If a package is undeliverable to the address provided, or is refused at the delivery address, a refund will be issued after the product is returned back to us after deducted the shipping cost both ways/sides along with any restocking fee if any.
Any shipping costs will not be refunded for any exchanges or errors by the customer in choosing the wrong product or providing the wrong address.
SHIPPING, HANDLING AND TAXES COST:
Additional/Any tax/duty/ freight/custom/import charges/handling fee that may be added by the shipping carrier are the customer’s responsibility.
DISCOUNT CODE OR COUPON WAS USED:
If a coupon or discount code was used at the time of making a purchase, the discounted amount that originally paid will be refunded only with deduction if any. (not the full retail product price or shipping cost).
