Warranty Policy.

We are deeply committed to keep product which are fit for purpose and fit for us. With our quality product, reasonable price, highly experienced and qualified team and we do whatever it takes to ensure that you are happy with every aspect of your purchase or service taken.

WARRANTY:

In-Store warranty:

      • Non OEM/Retail products (new or used) or In-Store warranty products: we will provide 30 days exchange service if exchange is not available store credit will be issued.
      • New & Upgrade Systems have 1 year Parts and labour warranty.
      • Refurbished and Used Laptops, Desktops and Monitors have 90 day warranty.

Manufacture warranty only:

    • New OEM (original equipment manufacturer,) products Such as, New Printer, New Video Cards, New CPUs, New Motherboards, New RAMs, New Monitors, New Routers , New Laptops/Desktop, New Access Points, New POE, New Range Extender, New Hard Drives (HDD, SSD and Backup Drives) are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty only, NO in-store return (opened and used)/refund/exchange. Presently, in-store warranty can be made to the same store location from where the item was bought/picked-up.

 

EXCHANGE:

Exchange of the same item will be straight, whereas, for an exchange with a different item, return/refund will be issued and a new transaction will be made for new item(s).

FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, O-N-O (OR NEAREST OFFER) AND TAKE AS IS ITEMS:

No warranty, until unless specified.

 

SHIPPING COST:

Customer is responsible for all shipping and tracking costs for returns and exchanges.

Additional tax/duty/ freight/custom/import charges that may be added by the shipping carrier are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty Voids or Warranty does not cover?

  • If the seller informs the buyer that he/she is not responsible for defects, then the buyer should inspect the article thoroughly before taking it.
  • New Printer and above mentioned OEM Products are covered by manufacture only.
  • Physical damage.
  • Overclocking.
  • Liquid damage.
  • Virus Infections (virus/spyware/malware/Trojans/Unwanted popups etc.)
  • Software related problems.
  • Software box opened or Software activation key made visible.
  • Any warranty seal broken or tempered.
  • After installing new hardware or software any Incompatibility issues.
  • Backup Data Service.
  • We are not responsible for Computer Hardware Damaged or Data loss or Data Damaged from Hard Drives/Laptops/Desktop/USB-Drives/Any Storage media.

 

PLEASE BE NOTED:

All purchased systems/products remain the property of Cyber Computer Shop until payment has been made in full.

MODIFIED POLICY:

Modified warranty terms and condition will be noted on the receipt.
