TRMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of cybercomputershop.com/Cyber Computer Shop inc., This site is owned and operated by Cyber Computer Shop.
By using this site, you sincerely and solemnly indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all the times. If you do not agree to all Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Service.
ACCOUNTS:
When you create an account on our site, you agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and
- All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our site illegally or if you violate these terms and conditions.
AGE:
Please do not use our services if you cannot form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY:
We reserve the right to reject, correct, terminate or cancel any order received at any time for any reason whatsoever. We can limit quantities available or provide you with an opportunity to place an order of alternative product for sale or sold at any time on or after your order placement.
PAYMENT:
Order will only be processed, after confirmation of full payment.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
After confirmation of payment and authorization, will process order on priority with in a day or two days subject to availability of the product, whereas, shipping time is subject to the carrier handling the package.
SHIPPING, HANDLING AND TAXES:

RETURN AND REFUND:
Please refer to return or refund policy and RMA Form & Policy.
WARRANTY:
Please refer to warranty policy.
SERVICES:
The services will be provided at the location indicated in the final work order or final/original invoice/sale receipt.
General exclusions of services performed:
– The disposal of any product or its’ packaging, debris and related parts.
– Fees owed to third party providers.
Your responsibilities:
Data Backup: Please be noted that it is entirely customer responsibility to back up all computer files / data by backing up to another storage device prior to use of our services. We will bear no liability whatsoever for any damage or loss of data or peripherals. We can assist you with data backup of your legal data for additional charges.
Software License(s) and Passwords: It is entirely customer responsibility to provide all software license(s) prior to use of our services and you agree to assist our support personnel by providing or typing in any passwords or software license(s) or other information necessary to perform the services.
For on-site service:
Access: Access to service area: it is customer responsibility to provide safe, pet free or (pet must be secured / leashed all the time of support/services), immediate, clear access to any area and equipment to perform the required services to our personnel.
Permits: You are responsible for obtaining any permits or authorizations that may be required to perform any of the Services.
Internet: Must be in working condition and accessible at the service location, if not, this issue must be informed prior to obtain on-site service.
Installation:
If any type of wire fishing or other related work required, it is customer responsibly to finish off work prior to use of our services, we are not responsible of any damages to the wall or premises or any type of electrical damages, however if help needed we would assist customer but customer assume all responsibility of any work done for example, drilling, patching area, painting or sanding.
Service Price:
Price must be paid in full when you order any on-site services.
Cancellation of on-site service request:
After receiving of order confirmation either in-store or email, you enter into a binding contract with us, however you may cancel or reschedule service appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment by emailing us or calling us or walking into store, whereas, you will must pay a cancellation fee of $59.
Service Cancellation by us:
We reserve the right to reject, correct, terminate or cancel any order received at any time for any reason whatsoever. Our support personnel may cancel services and you will forfeit your services purchase price if (1) the premises to be found unsafe, (2) at least one sensible adult not present at site during the complete duration of the service, (3) necessary equipment or Internet or power not available at the time of scheduled time, (4) no-one present at the time of scheduled time.
INDEMNITIES:
By accepting our services you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cyber Computer Shop , its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against all loss, liability, claim, demand or suit, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from or arising out of any of your acts or omissions.
CHOICE OF LAW:
By using our services you agree that services shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the province in which the product and services were purchased/use and the federal law of Canada applicable.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
We shall be limited to the purchase price of the products /or service you paid a-part of that we are not liable for any personal injury, loss of use, loss of profit, interruption of business or property damage or any other consequences or damages whether direct or indirect to the product /or services.
TYPING ERROR – MISPRRINT – IMAGE ERROR:
Although we keep our product info up to date and free of any error, whereas, we are not responsible of any typing or misprint or image error and we can change information on our website or flyer at any time without prior notice or liability to you or any other person.
SEVERABILITY:
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or un-enforceable for whatsoever reason, then that provision will be deemed “severable” from this Agreement, while the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full force and effect.
CHANGES:
To improve customer support experience, we keep updating our terms and conditions.
By using our services you agree that Cyber Computer Shop inc. (cybercomputershop.com) may change these terms and conditions at any time by uploading to cybercomputershop.com or specifying at Cyber Computer Shop inc. Your continued use of our services after any updates are made to these terms and conditions shall constitute your consent to such changes. Cyber Computer Shop inc. or cybercomputershop.coms does not and will not assume any obligation to notify you of any changes to these terms and conditions, or the creation or modification of any additional terms. You are solely responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the terms and conditions.
