RMA Form, Details & Policy
The first step of the return process is to check the return/warranty status of your product.
Please write your product details, purchased details and reason for a return in the RMA fillable Form, download link available at the top of the page, along with a scan/screenshot/snap copy of a proof of purchase (in pdf or jpg or jpeg format) and email all docs to us. Once RMA approved by us, we will issue a RMA Number.

– RMA number is valid for 30 days from the issue date.
– Please verify your name and address in order to prevent any delay during delivery of your shipment. For specimen click here.
– We reserves the right not to process any return that does not comply with our return or warranty or term and conditions policies.

– Please be noted that, “RMA number must be obtained prior to returning the product by sending RMA Form to us”.
– All packages must contain a valid RMA number clearly visible on the shipping label of the box. We will not accept or process packages without a valid RMA number.
– Customer is responsible for all shipping and tracking costs for returns and exchanges
– Additional tax/duty/ freight/custom/import charges that may be added by the shipping carrier are the customer’s responsibility.
– Choose carrier of your choice.
– We highly recommends using a traceable carrier that can provide a proof of delivery.
– We are not responsible for shipments for which the carrier cannot provide proof of delivery.
– We recommends having 2-inches of padding around the product. place RMA form inside the box.
– Physical damages are not covered under any manufacturer’s warranty and will automatically void the product’s warranty therefore you must secure package before shipping.
– You must also clearly mark RMA# number outside of the box. Products returned in envelopes will automatically be rejected and returned back to you, unrepaired.
– We will not provide packing material. Please make sure the box is safely and securely packaged to avoid any possible damages during shipment.
REPLACEMENT PRODUCT NOTICE:
– Your original product MAY OR MAY NOT be returned to you.
– Replacement products carry 30-Day warranty.
– Replacement products may be factory-repaired products..
– We are not responsible for any personal information linked to the RMA item.
